Best in a Bad Neighbourhood

This once nice, very large house, is looking a bit shabby. I infer from its fire escape and size that it is a multiple dwelling unit. The owner has some character with the gargoyles on the upper porch, other knick knacks , and the set of eyes looking at us from the shed in back.
