Alarm Annunciator

Unidentified type of alarm annunciator from the 1970s. I'm unsure whether this annunciator was connected to a fire alarm system or served a different purpose. Given the text on the labels and the type of building in which it is located (a public library), it was perhaps used with a door alarm or theft-prevention system.
