I once hauled equipment up and down mountainsides one summer for a locally famous photographer who insisted the only way to get a good moon into your landscape photo was by manipulation. Pre-Photoshop days, he would get a good moon photo then "burn" it onto his landscapes in the darkroom.
Me, I just work at being in the right place at the right time with the right camera, tripod, filter and, ....good fortune.
The mountain is Ingram Peak, located above what once was a town named Pandora. The town is gone, not a ghost town but buried under mill tailings from the local ore mills.
