Composite photo
This is a composite photo of the finch and the tree that you see in the image. I took the photo of the branch and the flowers at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, D.C., and I wanted to process it, but found it to be pretty boring by itself. I added the purple finch to create more interest in detail using layer masks in Photoshop CS6. The photo of the finch is not my photo, and I will post the link to the image at the bottom of the description. I believe the bird may be too small in comparison to the petals, but perhaps it is just a small bird. My watermark is also in the bottom right-hand corner for the "text layer."
