Ms. Kesha Pariyar, the winner of Oslo Business for Peace Award and a source of inspiration to thousands of women in Nepal, says technology could act as a key driver for women’s empowerment.

 

 

She was interacting with local stakeholders in Kushma of Parbat District during an inception meeting for UNDP’s new innovation project, “Idea Factory”. The project aims at linking new and established micro-entrepreneurs with potential buyers and investors through a mobile-based application.
