Warm-up Reps - Zach Conard

This photo shows me doing a warm up rep. I'm not actually that weak as the photo shows a 35lb plate on each side. You need to do warm up reps before you can lift the real deal. You don't want to strain or pull a muscle. I hope this photo can show everyone that it's ok to rack a little less weight in order to get a full pump going on.
