Semperoper
The Kurzfristenergieversorgungssicherungsmaßnahmenverordnung (if only we Germans were as good at other things as creating endless word structures) robs us photographers of many photographic opportunities, since public buildings are no longer illuminated in the evening. Buildings and cultural monuments are usually an absolute highlight at the blue hour. The nocturnal city was not the main reason for my visit to Dresden, but it would have been a nice enrichment. At the Semperoper (built from 1871 to 1874 according to plans by Gottfried Semper, burnt out after the Allied bombing raids on February 13, 1945, rebuilt from 1977 to 1985) I was able to use the lights inside to create a somewhat interesting picture. Unfortunately, the lanterns along the front of the building remained switched off.
