At a width of 25 meters, the river Skógá plunges 60 meters into the depths. The numbers seem unimpressive, the reality all the more. On my last visits to this place I was always unlucky with the weather - rain and wind made long exposures impossible. This shot was made in the late evening, the place was no longer crowded with visitors, but still I could take a few people as a measure in the picture
