Damsel without a dress....

Banded demoiselle, (Calopteryx splendens)damselfly, resting by the Oxford Canal, Thrupp. Skittish creature, only saw two all morning, and only managed two images, this being the better of the two. Interestingly there appears to be several aphids photobombing on the underside of the leaf.
