Alan Hughes Mach
Pumlumon and Glaslyn
On a very windy day up on Dylife to the south of Machynlleth. The track leads westwards far into this wild part of mid Wales, passing the lake Glaslyn before petering out on the edge of Hengwm valley beyond the lake Bugeilyn which is not visible here. Along the horizon, Pumlumon and it's ridge on the left and Hyddgen with it's large twin bronze age cairns in the middle distance, the more prominent hill on the right is unnamed.
