Llyn Cregennen a Pared y Cefn-hir
Pared y Cefn-hir 383m rising above the waters of Llyn Cregennen. What this hill lacks in elevation is more than made up for in its ruggedness, interest and stunning views. The lake is one of two natural lakes owned by the National Trust and collectively known as Llynnau Cregennen, they are located high above the Mawddach Estuary to the north while immediately opposite to the south (right) is the western end of the Cadair Idris ridge. The area is a designated SSSI.
