After conducting multiple studies on all ranges of military weapons after the Achaian-Axis of Edge War and subsequent round up actions (establishing Firm senate control and what not) Achaian military minds and scientists issued a report to the senate, which found its way to Big Gun Vic, whom is nothing more than a senator himself ~~though through multiple attempts to centralize power around himself, some may say he IS the senate~~ This report made special note of the effectiveness of the 20mm anti tank guns on the lighter tankkets and Light tanks. It was also noted that the breakthrough tanks used, Achaian S-47 Medium tanks, were still not completely immune to anti tank fire. Another consideration was the construction of other, small gun nations and oilets so called “heavy” tanks. To think nations, ones that did not win wars like Big Vic does, where mocking BGVs supremely disciplined and eager Achaian soldiers, along with the Achaian defenders, who fight for the oldest republic in the world, the defense of their homeland, and glorification in their history books. Even though some treaty forbade him from it, BGV didn't read it right and ordered the construction of the world largest tank, combining the two separate projects the GoG - 2 and the BGV - 1 into what you see, the Biggus Vicus - 3.

Long Range Radio (+1) This vehicle has a top-tier radio, and can communicate with friendlies at longer ranges. Multiplies cost by 1.1, round up in all cases.
Not OSHA Compliant (-1): Does the breech block have potential to pulverize you if you get behind it? Does live ammunition sit under your gunner’s seat? Are there fuel tanks placed next to the driver? This vehicle is not very safe for the crew to operate and may kill the crew in situations where other tanks won’t, but at least you save money! Divides production by 1.1, round down in all cases.
