Dear esteemed Parents & Guardians,
We must keep our vitality. A life without health is like a river without
water. A fit body, a calm mind,a house full of live. These things cannot be bought. They must be earned.
Happiness is the highest form of health. The human body is the best picture of the human soul. A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor's book.
The doctors will not make us healthy. The nutritionist will not make us slim. The teachers will not make us smart. Gurus will not make us calm. Mentors will not make us rich. So, we must take responsibilities to keep us always hale and healthy. Good health and good sense are two of life's greatest blessings.
Let us remember that the secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past,not to worry about the future ;or not to anticipate,troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.
