KWVR Convoy!
A bit of a miss judgement from myself on this one! Thinking it would only be a short train consisting of a couple of light locomotive’s, I thought I would give this angle a go, which was taken on the pole between the only small stretch of treeless hedgerow beside the railway next to Trowel Junction on the 1st of May 2019. Also the over bridge at Trowel was quite busy with about 7 or 8 enthusiasts waiting to get a shot of the Convey, leaving me with not two many options!
For the record, on show were 47727 Edinburgh Castle (leading), next was Gbrf liveried 50007 Hercules, Intercity Liveried 50031 Hood, plus out of shot there were 5 Mk3 Coaching Stock, Prototype HST Power Car 41001 & finally on the rear was newly repainted in Railway Tecnical Centres 97215 (31163) all on their way to KWVR Diesal Garla weekend, forming the 10:53 5Z56.
