Granny's Nightcap

Flowering in my garden: this Aquilegia, 'Granny's Nightcap', 'Granny's Bonnet' and 'Columbine' are some of its names. We didn't buy this particular variety, so it must have come via insects, I think. We like the Aquilegias with long spurs, but this variety has short spurs and two or three layers of petals. They do remind me of a bonnet!
