It was touch & go as to whether we would be able to photograph the Milky Way due to the wildfires in northern Alberta. The weather cleared which enabled us to catch the Galactic core rising above Mount Rundle. Unfortunately there is a lot of light pollution from Canmore on the left & Banff on the right.
