Sunrise @ Mount Rundle

It was very cloudy when we arrived at Vermillion Lakes. Mount Rundle was shrouded in a dark cloud which did not blow away. It is the most photographed mountain in Banff National Park. You can expect to see a lot of photographers lined up on any given morning to catch the sunrise. The snow is blowing off the peak of the mountain which is illimunated by the rising sun. Sometimes clouds can are our friends. The anticrepuscular rays are rising from behind the clouds & mountains.
