MY FRENCH TUNA SALAD

It is what it is - lunch.

 

225 g. drained Chunk Tuna (can)

50 g. Carrot (finely chopped)

50 g. Celery (finely chopped)

50 g. Onion (finely chopped)

5 g. fresh Parsley (chopped)

15 ml. Lemon Juice

3 g. Lemon Pepper

Salt

120 g. Mayo

15 g. Dijon Mustard

pinch of dry Tarragon

drizzle EVOO

Capers (optional)

 

* Mix together till consistent, put between bread slices.
