Surprisingly, I loved Singapore, and we returned even for a second holiday. It is NOT sterile and too clean (we saw people drop papers, and we did not see much police). There is so much variety in its urban landscape, different communities and so much nature and green as integrated part of the city. It is a pity that many people see it only as a 2-day stop-over on the way to autralia and for some high brand shopping. They miss something
