Brian + H & H
Peeping In
I hope Hoof and Horace were very quiet when they came around all of your properties on Monday evening and peeped through the window to see how many people were watching the last ever episode of Poldark which had many of its scenes filmed in Cornwall.π‘
Horace and Hoof were subcontracted by the BBC to count the number of viewers actually watching the programme, and I bet you all thought audience research figs were carried out by personnel with a clipboard in the street randomly asking people if they watched a certain programme, nope.πππ
You see Hoof was the stunt double for Captain Ross Poldarkβs horse Seamus, while Horace was employed by the BBC to advise on mining engineering principles, as you can imagine H went through quite a bit of dynamite.π₯π₯π₯
So as H and H were in on the series and knew the outcome they were the obvious choice to do the head count.ππ·
It may surprise you, but give or take the odd one or two.
One hundred and fifty three million people, plus yes plus umpteen dogs, cats, parrots, budgerigars, lamas, hamsters, one rhinoceros, viewed the last ever episode and that was just in one house.π±
A thought for the weekend,
Donβt wait for an opportunity,
Create itπππ
Thank you all for looking, I really appreciate all your comments on my images. Have a lovely weekendπππ»π»π»π·π·π·ππ·πππ
