IAIS OCS

Iowa Interstate OCS came through as NS 956 on the Fort Wayne Line as it made their way to the U.S. Open in Oakmont, Pennsylvania. Since this section of Norfolk Southern requires cab signals, they put NS 6976 on the front at Rockport Yard. I managed to catch it just as the sun started to rise over the trees at Creek road in New Waterford, Ohio. 11.June.2016
