My good friend Michael Freethy who lives in Maine, USA says that the two human like shadows in the foreground on the l/h/s are " Fir Dhearga ". I know Fir is Gaelge for Men but I dont know what the other word means. " Dearg " means the colour red so it might mean Leprachauns. I would imagine its Spirits of some type.. It wouldnt surprise me. Spooky in the wood that and I did feel strange! I mean stranger than I usually feel! Very strange!!! Lol! There are lots of old tumble down cottages from the famine times of 1847-51 as well as "Booley" cottages around there.[ See below ] Im intrigued now and Ill have to go back for another look.
