" The Moods of Mullaghcleevaun "
Mullaghcleevaun in the Wicklow mountains rises to 853m and has the beautiful "corrie" lake, Cleevaun Lough, on its n/e slope. It can be reached from the R115, Military Road and by crossing over 2 other mountains, Carrickshouk and Stony Hill to get there. Its a very beautiful though a wild and desolate place which probably attracts the madness in me. All the best people are slightly mad anyway or so they say here! The army do some training in this place from time to time but of course they incorporate about 3 other mountains as well. Good luck to them!
Ive climbed it a few times but have often turned back because of bad weather and I did get a bit lost once.
Hope you like it. Im struggling to catch up at the moment as Ive been cycling in NI.Ill get to all of you eventually!
Best wishes my friends. Thanks for Faves n Comments.
