I just came across this old place on my travels and I was impressed with the light filtering through the trees and the colours of the foliage. I would love to live in it, given half a chance and Id say I wouldnt be the only one!
Do hope you like my effort and have a great weekend ahead!

Update; Hiya everybody! Im really delighted that so many people like this very simple photo. Maybe there`s a lesson there for us all really as it was only a quick snap and I wasnt going to bother putting it up here. I thought the angle of the house was a bit funny but I couldnt get back far enough to try and get more of a front on shot. I lay down on the road to try and get the leading lines to converge towards the turn in the lane which seems to have worked. I didnt think about it much really but I do think your eye improves with practice and after a while you find yourself composing photos fairly automatically before you even point the camera at the scene.
Of course, there are superb "artists" on here who continually break the standard rules of composition with stunning results [ have a look at "In Explore" ] and they are the true masters of their trade! So Ill struggle on and maybe someday!!!!!
Thanks to all my "Friends" here on Flickr for all your great Photos!!!!
Have a great weekend!!!
