Jetlag is real.
Our flight left NYC at 3pm eastern, we landed at 6am Naples time after getting negligible sleep on the plane. Ellyn didn't do so well on the first day. A jetlag-induced migraine ate up the first half of our first day, but she rallied in time for a little afternoon exploring.
