Silver City Moonlight DSC_4124
A blend of five exposures to catch the movement of the train trails below. Some were passenger trains leaving the city lights behind, traveling to the outer eastern suburbs, some heading into the bright lights of the city for a rowdy Friday night and some were hauling freight, carrying goods to far off destinations.
The moon was just past full and was hiding behind the buildings. I brought it out to play :)
I processed this image in colour too which is the obvious first choice for the light trails and I will post that but there was something about the silver city in the black and white that made my heart beat that little bit faster.
