What's that Skippy? DSC_2921
"The kids are trapped down the old mine shaft"
The line is taken from an iconic TV series of my generation about a famous Kangaroo called Skippy that is somehow able to communicate with a young boy and saves many a person from fatal consequences. It was Australia's answer to Lassies. I remember being upset to find out that the used between 9 and 15 different kangaroos to play skippy.
I don't know what this kangaroo was trying to communicate when it came bounding towards me(See last post) and then stopped to stare and munch on the grass. Perhaps it was curiosity but I felt something pass between us.
