Inverbreakie Pier - 15 May 2016

Beached tugs(?) at Inverbreakie Pier on the Black Isle. There was formerly a ferry across the Cromarty Firth from here to Invergordon.

 

The Cromarty Firth was formerly an important naval anchorage and these vessels may have been involved in manouvering the warships.
