OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA I haven't made pizza in ages, so I tried my hand using Vitamix. Does a good job, but I'll stick with my hands-on recipe. The crust is very lght and tasty. Toppings: tomato sauce, shredded Parmagiano, olives, mushrooms, tuna, basil. I'll definitely make it again. Next time a tad rounder.
