Mini Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients: Homemade mini pie shells, bacon, onion, gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, whole milk, nutmeg, salt, white pepper
Baked at 375F for 25-30 minutes. I used New York Times Cookbook recipe (1/4 amount of the recipe will be 8 mini quiches.)
