- clotted cream, strawberry jam, homemade lemon curd, whipped cream

 

Smoked salmon & chive cream cheese on pumpernickel bread

 

Finger sandwiches on homemade whole wheat bread

(Smoked turkey breast & cucumber, curried chicken & watercress)

 

Mini cheddar corn muffins

 

Chocolate dipped mini madeleines

 

Mini eclairs

 

Macarons (choice of macarons)

- Rose macarons, coffee macarons, green tea macarons, chocolate macarons

 

Earl Grey tea (served with lemon slices, milk & sugar)

 

 

(All homemade, served on Royal Albert chinas)
