Meatball Sandwich

w/ homemade rolls, homemade meatballs, homemade marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil

 

... For the sandwich roll, I added some potato flour to Peter Reinhart's white bread recipe in "The Bread Baker's Apprentice". This is a great soft roll which almost melts in your mouth, all together with the tender meatballs and mozzarella.
