Harvest time again [explored 29-07-2023]

Another year another harvest shot.

A blissful eight mile hike through the South Downs, past the source of the river Meon which was flowing well. It comes straight out of the ground just to the left of this shot.

It's been a mixed summer weather wise and the smart farmers were all out with their combine harvesters.

Those that weren't are probably no so happy today as it rained all day yesterday.

We ended the hike in the local pub, happy days .........
