That's a lot of printer paper......
I've amassed quite a collection of recipes from online sites. Who needs cookbooks anymore? ...
Every so often, when the stack gets to be over 2 inches high...I decide it's time to go through them and purge. Mostly because I keep them in a drawer that only has about 4 inches of clearance. If the edges curl up ...they catch on the top as I close it....
Today, from the cookies, cakes and other sweet things...I managed to toss 11 whole pages. hahahhah.... yeh, I know...it's silly. And, then, I tear them in 1/4s to use as note papers for grocery lists.... I do my bit for recycling .....
But, I do a lot of baking and use a lot of the recipes multiple times... not tossing them.
I was also thinking about rewriting that ancient salmon loaf recipe.. it was my Mom's..... as it has become so faded. But, why would I do that ...I could just type it out and print it...add it to my 'Fish' stack......
