Bernie is befuddled....
There was no excitement; no jumping up and down; ... no giggling; ..... he was verrrry quiet indeed.
He was very concerned. And, then, he looked at me all forlorn and said, "I guess I'm never going to ride this thing am I" ?? "The controls are just too far away for me to reach them...no matter how hard I stretch my arms and legs."
ME: "It is a pretty big bike for a little bear to handle Bernie.... but, maybe you can hitch a ride with Dad some day".......
BERNIE: "Yeh.... maybe".......
