Little baby Blue Jay
Be careful what you wish for.
I had just said the day before....I wish I could see a baby Blue Jay. Acckkk!! And, there he was right near me in the garden... I didn't even see him at first..but then, when I did ... I didn't want to see him.
Where did he come from? Where was his Mom? AND>>> What was I supposed to do now>?
I went away.. and watched. Finally she showed up and did feed him and hung out with him most of the day... he managed to hop all around in the yard... but, eventually...I think they went out under my back fence and I never did see them again. He was way too small to fly.... so I don't know what happened. I like to think he went somewhere else .. safe.... but, honestly, my yard is the safest place in the world. I felt bad about the little guy for days.
