Christmas Joy
I wanted to make a Christmas card with a wreath. I used the Stitched Scalloped Borders dies to make the "leaves." I cut out a 2 1/2 inch circle "donut" using the Circle Stackables dies and adhered 2 rows of large scallops, 2 rows of medium scallops and a single row of small double scallops to the donut. I mounted the wreath on two stitched squares, one on point which was embossed with an all-over pattern and embossed with gold on the edges. I mounted that on a craft square also embossed with gold on the front and on the edges. This second square was flat. I mounted the whole thing to my red card base cut with the largest Stitched Rectangle die and had a gold ribbon in the middle lengthwise. I used three tiny bows from Put a Bow in it cut from red card stock and placed that on the bottom of the wreath. I adhered Mini Snowflakes and some red pearls to the wreath. Finally, I die cut 3 "enjoy"s from the Small Stitched Envelope dies, stacked and glued them together and cut off the "en" and placed it on the side of the card.
