Bison mom & calf

The calf's name is Appa!

 

So exciting to see the baby out today, along with his mom, dad, and the other female. The keepers/ vet think the little one is a boy but it is not confirmed. S/he is super fast and mom keeps up with him/her. Does not let baby out of her sight. Good mom.
