Gigabyte has launched two new entry-level smartphones dubbed Gigabyte Classic and Gigabyte Classic Lite. As of now, we are yet-to-hear official words from Gigabyte regarding availability details of the duo but the company has officially revealed price details. The Gigabyte Classic costs €95, while the Gigabyte Classic Lite is priced at €75.
Gigabyte Classic
The dual-SIM functionality-enabled Gigabyte Classic features a 5 inch display with 720×1280 pixels of resolution offering 294ppi of pixel density and comes with 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD. Running on Android v5.1 Lollipop, the handset features a duo of 8 and 5 megapixels shooters placed on its rear and front, respectively.
Powering the Gigabyte Classic is an unspecified Spreadtrum SoC which packs a quad-core processor coupled with Cortex-A7 cores, 1GB of RAM and Mali 400 Graphics Processing Unit. Connectivity options on the handset include GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, A-GPS and Bluetooth v2.1. The handset is backed by a 2000 mAh battery with no words on standby and talk-time.
