Alcatel Launches New Low-End Device in India

Nerdeky News:Alcatel officially announced its low-end smartphone – the Alcatel Flash 2 in India last month. With no words on pricing, the handset was officially said to be available in India at some point of this month. Now, fulfilling its words, the company has launched the handset in India and revealed that it will be available to purchase in the country through Flipkart – a local e-commerce portal from October 27 for INR 9,299.

 

Talking about specs, the Alcatel Flash 2 features a 5 inch LCD HD display with 720x1280 pixels of resolution and comes with 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to whooping 128GB via MicroSD. The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit architecture-based MediaTek MT6753 SoC which packs an octa-core processor running at 1.3GHz of clocked processing speed paired with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM and Mali-T720MP4 Graphics Processing Unit.
