Motorola Also Launches Droid Turbo Maxx 2

After launching the Droid Turbo 2 couple of hours back, Motorola launched another anticipated high-end smartphone – the Droid Turbo Maxx 2. Much like all Droids, this one’s availability also remains exclusive to Verizon. With no words on availability, the handset is officially said to be available for $384 without any operator contract.
The Droid Turbo Maxx 2 features a 5.5 inch display and comes with 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 128GB via MicroSD. Powering the handset is a Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 SoC which packs an octa-core processor running at 1.7GHz of clocked processing speed paired with 2GB of RAM and Adreno 405 Graphics Processing Unit.
The Droid Turbo Maxx 2 features a duo of 21 (with dual-LED flash, Phase Detection Autofocus and f/2.0 lens aperture) and 5 (wide-angle lens) megapixels cameras placed on its rear and front, respectively. Further, the handset is backed by a 3630 mAh battery which is able to offer 48 hours of ‘mixed use’ on a single charge.
