vplachkov says: I really liked this photo because to me it looks like a broken heart. Also because there seems to be a variation of tones and various gradients. It has a good depth of field, but because it is darker, we can not see it too well.

vplachkov says: I chose this photo because the minimal light creates multiple large shadows, which as an effect create a varying range of tones. There is also alot of highlights in strong contrast to the many shadows which is unusual.

vplachkov says: I chose this photo because of the high amount of highlights. It seems the exposure was raised very high because the photo was too dark and as a result it made highlights that were not really there before.

vplachkov says: I chose this photo because it was a unusual metallic look to it and the whit balance seems more blue-ish. Since most of the items are black or grey, it shows a wide grey scale with vary tones throughout the photo.

vplachkov says: I chose this photo because the light shining through the bottles seems very cool and it is not something you see everyday. There is alot of darkness and shadows surrounding the light source which creates highlights and many grey tones to the dark background.

vplachkov says: i choose this photo because i liked the large amount of detail on the subject up close. It is very close and there is nothing really behind it, so I think you could say that the depth of field is not too great. But has a large grey scale due to the backdrop being grey.

vplachkov says: i chose this photo because the saturation is quite high and it makes the green tones pop out. the backdrop being grey creates a multitude of varying grey tones. the subject is very close to the camera which makes some spots less in focus than compared to others.

vplachkov says: i chose this photo because the subject close to the camera is in focus while the other half of it is covered in a dark shadow. there are objects in the background that are not in focus but you can clearly tell they're there so it has good depth and uses focus to its advantage.
