European Free Software Policy Meeting
The European Free Software Policy Meeting was a meeting organised by OpenForum Europe and Free Software Foundation Europe to bring together representatives of Open Source/Free Software advocacy organisations across Europe. It was held in Brussels on the 29th January.
The main goal of the meeting was to learn from each other and to learn about what public policy issues are high on the agenda of the different organisations. The meeting was attended by 34 participants, representing 19 organisations from all over Europe. Key speeches were delivered by MEP Julia Reda and EC representative, Pierre Damas.
