H - Headshot

Casting time! A headshot photograph is an integral piece of an aspiring actor's or model's portfolio. For this theme, give us your doll's best headshot, a photograph consisting entirely of the doll's face or his/her shoulders/face. Keep accessories and backgrounds simple so the beauty or unique traits of your doll's face/expression are the focus of the photograph. Consider straight-on glances toward the camera, side view angles, or over the shoulder shots for this theme.

 

This was my first photo shoot with Ayumi Hauntingly Lovely. I chose to photograph her for this theme because I wanted to see if I could capture her angles in an extremely pared down headshot photo. Of all my newest arrivals I thought she would be the most challenging to capture with her fringe, her forward facing eyes and her colourful make up palette. Natural daylight around 5pm.

 

Inspired by Jade, I wanted to recap on the photos I have done this month in the challenge - and to see them all together!
