Jeep Wrangler Warranty Repair

Some time ago, we sold and installed a subwoofer and an amp in this customer’s Jeep Wrangler. Unfortunately, he recently experienced a component failure that was causing static in his subwoofer. But because we sold the system and performed the installation, we were able to cover his entire repair under warranty; parts, labor, and all. And an hour later, we had him back on the road with a new part, enjoying his tunes as usual.

 

Had he purchased his system elsewhere, then we would have been unable to simply swap out his component. Our labor to remove the failed part would have been billable and his system would be down while he waited for his other vendor to process the warranty claim. What was a minor inconvenience, here, could have involved a lot of expense, time, and hassle.
