No, it looks like the flowers are not yellow enough.......

Tony Rodd thinks it could be A. penninnervis, and the galls, though frequently inhabited by insects, are actually caused by a rust fungus.

Possibly A. penninervis. The galls are likely to be the type caused by the rust fungus Uromycladium. See this web page -Rust fungus
