The composition itself provides usage for a fashion department store: from women’s clothing, accessories, to perfume. The style of the piece follows the school of minimalism: rectangular lines but implemented with curves through the corners and other shapes. Minimalism is simplicity as it is direct, perfect correlation for business and symbol: cleanliness, austerity, and precision. Black and white is bold, graphic, and minimal- a direct reference to Catholicism; the color of the nun’s habit which inspired Coco Chanel to create Parisian’s ultimate elegance and gain a title as the mother of all contemporary fashion.
