Ferro, a beautiful dapple grey Andalusian, was a willing subject for my eye shots. I find the flies, though a nuisance, an added bonus from the photography standpoint in this shot.
There was actually another fly below, in the line, and also one up in the forelock...again in the line. I liked the composition of the frame better in this crop than the one that included the other flies.
