Senior level Administration officials, including US Secretary of Labor Tom Perez and US Chief Technology Officer Megan Smith, gathered in Baltimore to announce new federal and local opportunities related to economic development, technology, and the workforce including a $100 million TechHire grant competition.
In the afternoon, TechHire communities from around the country came together to collaborate on ideas that are critical to building a successful TechHire ecosystem.
