dana_laskina says:This photograph is a good example of selective focus. The bulb in the middle is the only subject in this photo that is focused on clearly.
dana_laskina says:I like the angle that she used to take this photo. It is easy to tell that the artists main subject in this photograph is the fountain and the water. The more your eyes are drawn to the fountain the more the background seems to fade away.
dana_laskina says:This photo is non-objective, it's an abstract piece showing of art in motion. He used a slow shutter speed for the cars to be able to blur.
dana_laskina says:I chose this photo because I like the abstract look it gives of from this vent. It's not known to be a vent from first glance. The focus on the blades of this vent gives this photo an interesting perspective.
dana_laskina says:This photo can be described as an impressionistic and realistic photo. I say this because the right front of the photograph can be easily seen as part of a bench, but the rest of the photo is a blurred image of trees and a sidewalk.
dana_laskina says:I like the angle at which the photograph is taken. The photograph makes you feel as if you can actually feel the texture of the penny board.
dana_laskina says:She used a selective focus, the water being the main subject. This photo would be a realistic representation of the water and an impressionistic representation of the trees and sky in the background.
dana_laskina says:I chose this photo because the artist chose to focus onto a simple, dirty, bent leaf and turned it into an abstract piece. The sharp lines on the outer part of the leaf give it a more life like perspective.
dana_laskina says:I chose this photograph because she focused on an object that most artists would not choose as there subject in their photograph. The way the artist blurred out the rest of the image and had the photo just focus on the trash bag gives it a more appealing look in abstract.
dana_laskina says:This abstract piece has a different focus than a usual photograph. Instead of focusing on the first leaf that comes into your line of sight she used the second leaf, with sharp lines around the edges and an overview angle.
